To Fargo and a belated 7247th IMSU Christmas Party

The day that Lochlan and I got home to Aberdeen from St. Louis we had to leave with John to go to Fargo, ND for Drill. That was very hectic!! I was in charge of the unit's Christmas party, but all went really well. Lochlan had a really good time even though he didn't like Santa again. Pops, Brenda, and Duane ( Brenda's husband) all made it to the party!! It was really nice to see them all. Brenda and Duane were only able to stay a few hours, but Pops stayed with us at Jennifer Dow's house. Lochlan really like Dow!! So that is the beginning and the rest are just pictures of the month of January. Love to all, the Quinns

Lochlan made a couple of friends while we were on a layover in Minneapolis, MN. He crawled over to a little girl and they discovered a cart together. Lochlan also wanted a gentleman's soda, and was very persistent about it. Every time the man would put his drink back on the ground Lochlan would race over and try to take a drink!! It was too funny!!

It was so wonderful to be with family for Christmas. My immediate family was there, as was Aunt Patty (my Dad's sister). Catching up face-to-face is so much better than over the phone!! Here are some picture from gift giving/opening.

Lochlan also had a pre-birthday dinner with just us, and Rebekah and Mom/Leigh made and decorated Lochlan's first cake. They made it so "Lochlan" is peeking into a fish tank. He really enjoys doing this in real life and that is where they got the idea!! I don't think I will ever be able to live up to this cake absolutely gorgeous!!!! Huzzah!!! For Mom and Beckers!!!
